Set on four acres in Sandwich, NH, with views of the Sandwich Range, this previously seasonal cottage has an interesting history. Nestled back from the road and tucked behind a stone wall, the charming front porch was transformed into a three-season space dripping with country charm and warmth.

With vintage elements harvested from around the country, this renovation honors the past but introduces modern materials, such as energy-efficient windows and doors from Marvin. The use of skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows brings light in from every angle. Winner of the 2026 IDS awards for Best Dining Room and Best Whole Home, this collaboration with Debbe Daley Designs features stone and copper detailing and thoughtfully planned spaces for entertaining and relaxing.
