SKA was brought in as a consultant when our clients first looked at this formerly rundown property. They had a strong vision for bringing the home back to its original grandeur, while respecting its historical nature.

SKA was able to modernize the kitchen, update the systems, and refresh the interior of the home, while maintaining the historical integrity of this beautiful home, honoring the Frederick Law Olmstead–designed neighborhood. The formerly dark spaces were brightened with bright color choices and fresh finishes and hardware.
