The goal with this project was, primarily, to reorganize the second level with a more functional layout. We opened up the staircase and replaced a storage area with a large laundry space, separated by pocket doors that allow light to permeate the hall. The primary bedroom was rearranged to enlarge the bathroom and reorganize the closet. A large shower room with dual shower heads and soaking tub were added, along with a new double vanity and mirrors with integrated lighting. In the primary closet, built-in dressers with small drawers were replaced with expansive hangers, shoe racks, and larger drawers.

The guest suite was refreshed completely, with a new tiled shower and updated fixtures. At the main level, the sitting room was divided into two spaces to create a light and bright office. The dining room and living spaces were refreshed with new paint and some modifications to built-in storage. Finally, a gym space was refreshed at the lower level.
